Now click on 'App Theme' to select between three different display options: 'Light,' Dark' and 'Use system setting.' Each will come with a radio button next to it, and clicking on one will auto-save the selection.
Select VS2019-Dark from the theme drop-down box. The dark mode trend has spread rapidly among tech giants, and nowadays almost every other app, including Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Slack, and every search. To do that, open Notepad and click on the Settings button (gear icon) at the top-right corner to open Notepad settings. Open themes folder, create a new folder named themes if it doesn't exists. Right Click HERE and select Save As to download the theme. Expand the options next to Choose your mode and select the color mode/theme you want to use. (Optional) If you haven't already, turn on Notepad++ dark mode in Preferences -> Dark Mode to a better look and feel. I am not a programmer and only use Notepad ++ for creating flat texts. Here is what you can do: Go to Start > Settings > Personalization > Colors. I also took a bit from Zenburn theme and tweaked a bit to fill some languages missing from the original theme. It is actually just enhanced from (credits also to original version ) to improve reading, increasing contrast to a comfortable level and differing more keyword types. It was created to ease switching between files opened in Visual Studio and Notepad++.
